Hobart House, also known as Northwestern University’s Women’s Residential College, is the only all-female dorm located on campus. Residents like to refer to the house fondly as the best home away from home. It houses 50 undergraduate women of various majors in spacious single and double rooms (with rooms known for being the nicest of any dorm on campus). Members of Hobart form a tight, diverse community which has many religions, majors, and ethnicities represented in it. There are always people in the common spaces, and you'll be surrounded by friends and a built-in support network. Favorite events include trips into Evanston and Chicago, holiday parties, and impromptu movie nights.
